Spring?/Summer/spring/winter/Summer/SpIn@g!!! Is in the air...?
I'm confused with the weather but equally ready to begin some summer gardening...Let me transform into an elderly lassie for a minute and tell you what I've got cookin' in the flower beds so far...
I just planted some giant sunflowers, teddy bear sunflowers, mixed sunflowers, and CHARTREUSE zinnias!! (I'm very excited!)
I guess I should explain my obsession for chartreuse...well I LOVE it, my favorite color I guess and it really started last spring with the extreme pollen blown all over ATL, I realized I was drawn to it like a moth is drawn to a flickery bulb. I thought it was so beautiful and very inspiring, I just wanted to roll around in it and cover everything with the gorgeous shade...maybe even a good name for my first born, could be worse Deco and Chrysalis are other choices(poor kid right?)...Oh god why am I talking about babies---so yeah the point is I Really like chartreuse and I'm excited about summer gardening and these awesome solar powered lights I got from Ikea!
